Mr. Rifkin joined Danish Foreign Minister Per Stig Moller in a public lecture and dialogue on the future of Europe. Mr. Rifkin discussed the European Dream and the challenges facing an expanded EU of 25 countries. Mr. Rifkin warned that the success of the European Dream would be measured, in part, on the ability to effectively integrate millions of new immigrants — especially Muslim minorities — into the European Dream in the coming years.
