The Hydrogen EconomyHydrogen Highway FET has established several collaborative research and development efforts with governmental authorities in Europe and the US for advancing a hydrogen economy. FET is working closely with the state of California, which has set up a hydrogen highway roadmap and benchmarked target dates for hydrogen refueling stations across the main state highways and arteries. Similar hydrogen highway projects are in the planning stages across the main transport arteries of Europe. FET is currently coordinating hydrogen highway efforts with regions and science and technology parks throughout Europe. The objective is to create an initial infrastructure across the major transport routes of the EU by 2030. |
