At the invitation of the Director General of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Mr. Rifkin gave the opening keynote speech at the 2018 Vienna Energy Forum. The VEF convened 300 participants, including ministers, representatives from Member States, and other UN organizations.
